Ordering a printed poster

You can order a real, printed copy of a poster you made in the poster studio. It is mailed to you on matte poster paper.

Find it in the Tools rail on the left of the poster studio: Order a print. You can also ask Sidekick to order a print of the poster you have open, or press the Love it? Get it printed. line that appears after a poster finishes.

Printing is rolling out gradually, so some accounts will not see the button yet. If you do not see it, it is not available on your account yet.

Sizes and prices

Shipping is $4.99 and sales tax is added at checkout. The price you see in the window is the print itself; the total, with shipping and tax, is shown before you pay.

For now, printing ships to US addresses only. It is available for posters only, not comic covers or comic pages. To print a comic, see Exporting and printing.

What the preview shows

The window shows a preview of exactly what will be printed.

• 12 × 18 matches the shape of the poster exactly, so nothing is cut off.
• 18 × 24 is a slightly different shape, so a little is trimmed from the top and bottom. The preview shows that crop.

Before you can pay, you tick a box confirming you have checked the preview. What prints is exactly what the preview shows.

When a size is not offered

Some posters cannot be printed at one or both sizes, for example a square or wide poster, or a very small uploaded image. The window tells you why, so you can pick another size or make a new poster in a taller shape.

Delivery

Your poster is typically delivered 3 to 7 business days after it is printed. When it ships you get an email with a tracking link.

If something is wrong

If your poster arrives damaged or is misprinted, it is replaced or refunded. Contact support through the chat bubble in the corner of the screen and tell us which order it was.
